As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and foster deeper connections with our audience.
Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager for AristoMan, you will own all aspects of our social media strategy. From content creation and campaign management to community engagement and analytics, you’ll be responsible for building a strong, authentic, and engaging brand presence across all social platforms. You’ll act as the voice of AristoMan, using your creativity and expertise to turn followers into loyal customers and advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with brand goals and campaigns.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels) tailored to each platform, reflecting AristoMan’s tone and identity.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Community Engagement
- Actively monitor and engage with our online community across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers and advocates to expand AristoMan’s reach and reputation.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Develop innovative strategies to grow followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Use insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Trend Spotting and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep AristoMan ahead of the curve.
- Identify opportunities for creative, viral, or impactful social campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn, including best practices, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design platforms.
- Experience in influencer outreach and management.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging captions and content.
- Knowledge of social media ad platforms and experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
